Unaccompanied minors
Children under 5 years old
For children under 5 years old, accompaniment will be mandatory.
Children between 5 and 12 years old
For minors aged between 5 years old and under 12 years old, the accompaniment service may be requested from the company. This request must be made during the booking process and confirmed by HÉLITY in order to guarantee the service.
The conditions for requesting the accompaniment service are as follows:
- The adult accompanying the minor at the departure airport must arrive at the HÉLITY counter 30 minutes before the flight departure time in order to complete and/or submit the Liability Waiver, providing their personal details as well as those of the adult who will take responsibility for the minor upon arrival.
- The adult accompanying the minor must provide the following documentation at check-in:
- The minor’s ID card, passport, or visas, if required.
- Ticket with confirmed reservation for the entire trip.
- Properly completed Liability Waiver document.
- The person responsible for accompanying the minor must not leave the airport until the helicopter has taken off.
- The adult responsible for the minor at the destination airport must arrive at the HÉLITY counter 15 minutes before the flight departure time, provide proof of identity, and sign the liability waiver document upon receiving the minor.
NOTE: For minors traveling on connecting flights, HÉLITY does not provide an escort/accompaniment service.
Minors over 12 years old
Minors who are 12 years old or older may travel unaccompanied.
